Photographs show what maps can’t.

Both disciplines offer two ways of understanding and telling the story of a place : revealing its atmosphere, its people, and the forces that shape it. They allow us to document them differently, in a way to complement the other.

Wherever I go, I carry my camera to capture moments and landscapes from a personal perspective, creating a visual counterpart to my maps. This selection brings together photographs, sometimes documentary, sometimes abstract and more artistic, from my travels, offering a glimpse into the places that have inspired my work.
